Since my client received the machine, it has been almost half a year now. During this time, I often chat with him about business and life topics. In the early stages of his entrepreneurship, he established a studio, and with the help and guidance of me and my after-sales team, he solved basic machine operation and digital software usage issues; everything progressed very smoothly. We discussed a variety of products, including canvas bags, hats, and T-shirts. At first, his order volume was indeed small.
During a call in June, I talked to him about this, and after thinking it over, I suggested he try using social media to build his own fanbase and customer base. Although he initially had no clue, my social media team and I provided him with professional guidance, including shooting angles, content, text language, video editing, and release times. In a casual chat in August, he told me that one of his videos showed insane data, and he couldn't believe he could create such engaging content. From that day on, he found the video template that suited him best, and with the continuous accumulation of followers on social media, his order volume kept increasing.
Seeing him move forward step by step on the path he envisioned, I felt genuinely happy. This is what I have always been doing—not just selling machines to my clients, but teaching them how to use our machines to earn money, and make more money.
